User can login to Jelastic using his credentials. He can get login errors with different text messages. One of the examples is:
Unknown error. Please try again later. Sorry for this inconvenience.
- Try to perform your actions again. It can be a temporary error caused by network issues.
- If you still get an error after performing your actions again, call web-developer tool to find out what the reason of your error is. Do it when you login to Jelastic (in our example we use Chrome, in Chrome it is set by defaul by pressing F12). Web-developer tool frame will be opened in the bottom of the page. With the help of this frame you can check the status of your request. Open tab "Network" / "signin"/ "response" to see the response from server to your request. See the screenshot below:
3. Get response details and contact Hosting Provider's Support. You can do it by clicking Help | Contact Support in the Jelastic dashboard.
